I have been involved in fitness for the last 4 years. Recently I find that my gym program has gotten pretty stale and I'm looking to liven it up a bit. Why do (most) asian men have less testosterone?

Ok i don't know if this is actually true but one reason may be linked to evolution. Think about it, in Africa there are large animals like lions, elephants, etc. Back in the day, black people would have had to defend themselves against animals like that. So they become larger or as you would put it, have more testosterone. In Asia however there aren't nearly as many threats. Sure there are tigers and stuff however their body would be beneficial in the area they live in. This also explains why people who live on islands are smaller. There are less things to defend themselves against. And no you are not racist. Sure your question is generalizing a bit but honestly everyone has a bit of racism in them and you can't ingore that people of different ethnicities look different.

I don't know what to do anymore?

OK... I'll try to cut the long story short. Basically i am 15, last year my mother went through cancer. Because she was only 36 at the time, the cancer was extremely aggressive. Even though she caught it in a rather early stage, she still needed to have a mastectomy, 10 weeks of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone treatment for 5 years. But everything that could possibly go wrong did. First of all my mother has always been very self-conscious about her weight. So she has always been very skinny (no one can convince her that she's not fat [she's only 49kg!]), so when they needed extra tissue for the mastectomy she had no fat. So they used the muscles on her back to replace the lost tissue on her front. The result: my mum could no longer lift her arms above her head, and everything became painful. I never realized how much we use our back muscles, but she can't even sit up without help, nor can she ever sleep. Another thing that went wrong is that while going through chemo, her weight dropped as well as her white blood cell count. In the end she needed a blood transfusion. However by the 7th week into chemo she quit. It's not that she gave up really, the doctor allowed it. She was extremely malnourished, her white blood cell count was continuing to drop, not to mention the mental and physical pain was pushing my mothers mental state out the window. The doctor even said that her dosage of chemotherapy was stronger than average. Every day i would listen to her, and remind her that one day we'll look back on this as just a memory. That seemed to get her through each day. She never went through with the radiotherapy or hormone treatment, so that heightened the risk of getting cancer again. That was last year. Throughout this year she has had 4hrs of sleep or less every night, because she is a very light and restless sleeper, not to mention her back pain has not gone away. My mother is very emotional and stresses a lot. She tends to care too much about everything and everyone. This causes her to stress A LOT. My mother has dealt with depression her whole life, and has tried to commit suicide from drug overdose a number of times. Cancer has pushed her back into depression and i fear the worst. My brother and father know about this, but not to the extent that it is. My mother is very good at hiding her feelings, and tries to keep positive. She says that i have been the one always there for her, but i don't think it's enough anymore. She needs to live for herself, not me. She says she has planned the way to end her life, but she is trying her best to keep positive, and think about those that care about her. It is the only reason why she is still alive. To make things worse, she told me that she thinks that she has bowel Cancer. I looked it up, and she has almost all the symptoms. She said that if she has it, she won't do anything about it. I know how much she wants to give up on life. I don't want to lose her, i know this is selfish, and i feel like i have tried everything. I just don't know what i can do. I feel hopeless. So sorry for the super long explanation, but if you took the time to read it, i am grateful.

Im a female and 27, I would never go out with someone that young. Part of it is because in the US it is illegal... but also because of the difference in life experiances. My husband is in the USMC. I don't have POA. How do I find out if someone else does?

My husband said he filled out the POA papers and gave me POA before he deployed in Sept 08. I never recieved the papers in the mail. He said they must have gotten lost or were incomplete. I can't get my car registered on base or get dental without POA. So he gave me 2 special POA's that only allow me to get dental and get my car registered on base. Why wouldn't he just get a General POA and not worry with it anymore? Will fake nails help my problem?

I agree with Kat. I have the same problem. I would just wear fake ones only for very special occasions. Otherwise, just try really hard to quit biting them and start using strengthening nail polish. There are so many brands, but they do work. Once you see that your real nails are growing a little, you will be less likely to bite them. In a couple weeks they will still be short nails, but they will not look bad because they will not be bitten down to stubs and they will look healthy and not embarring. Within 30-45 days they will be completely healthy and long and your confidence will be so much higher. I know it is hard to quit biting them at first but once you start to apply that clear strengthening polish and you see the results, you will want to let them grow. Trust me on this because I am a nail biter and I have been dealing with this problem all my life. It sucks because I will let my nails get really long and pretty and when I stress out I bite them down till they hurt! Then I have to wait for a month and a half again to get them to be long and pretty. It happens over and over. But honesty, the fake nails---pain in the ! I hate them, it's better to just try to be natural. Good luck :0

I am dedicated to Disney World and have been over 10 time in 3 years. I also worked as a Disney Store CM for a year. I am currently living and attending college in Sarasota, under 2 hours from Disney World. I plan on going into the College Program from Fall 2009. I am trying to start a professional site dedicated to Disney World that will help with questions guests may come up with while considering or planning a vacation. How can i heal my blisters tonight?

I dont want to go into all the details of how I got them, but I had an aweful day today and, as a result, I have about 4 large blisters on the bottoms of both of my feet and 3-4 smaller ones on the heels of both of them. They made it impossible to walk or stand on, so I inserted a sterilized needle and drained to fluid from all of them. My problem now is that they hurt soooooo bad I still cant walk and there is absolutely NO way out of work tommorrow, where I will hafta walk...So you see my dilemma? Is there anything I can do overnight to relieve the pain or magically heal them?

I went to my ultrasound with an empty bladder I drank a large drink from McD on the way there but it didn't make its way to my bladder. She told me that she couldn't get a good picture of my baby she had to wiggle my belly and tilt me upside down. She also said I might have to do another ultrasound if what pictures she did get weren't good enough. But she did say that the baby looks like a boy. I'm a little unsure if I want to go with that I just don't want to buy all the baby clothes and out comes a girl. Do you think she's right or should I ask for another ultrasound. I was also at 19 weeks of my pregnancy.

I think leather looks a little trashy personally. Why not a nice wool mini with tights. A gray skirt and tights that pick up the pink in the sweater would be awesome on you I bet. And again, I think ankle boots with a small heel (2-3 inches) look better with a mini-skirt than knee high stiletto boots. But I agree they won't be as warm. There's probably several versions of this game but I don't know. I have the six flags edition where it's featuring rides and parks from six flags...Anyways! When I usually play it I do the scenario editor and build my own parks and choose my own rides so I can make the park exactly how I want it and you know how some of the rides are like custom designed already with cool displays like "castle karts" how it has the castle theme going around it. Well my question is, is there any type of thing I can click on Scenario Editor so that I don't have to build these display themes myself for the rides? I have no problem doin it, don't get me wrong but I can never make it look as good as the way they do it lol. If somebody knows hit me up.. I have a meter and I began feeling a tiny bit weak and shaky at 9:06, checked my blood sugar and it was 86. I ate something then I felt even worse and much more shaky when I finished eating, so I checked my blood sugar again and it was 100. Then about 10 minutes later I felt better and I wasn't shaky anymore and my blood sugar had went back down to 89. I don't understand why I felt worse when my blood sugar went up.. You may want to ask a contractor and they can build you one. Or try a large shed that is pre fabricated and you could cut out the door for them. But as far as heating, you'd have to make sure you have electricity safely wired for outdoor use. I'm sure the breeder told you, that Dobes have short fur and not good as outdoor dogs. You can buy them a coat for more insulation. But I just have a dog door installed in MY house so he can be part of the family but go outdoors as well. That way he can protect the outside and inside of the home.

For example lets say hypothetically there is only 3 music notes and only 1 scale and you are only aloud to play 3 notes. CDE. Usually when a cartridge is dried out, you need a new cartridge, but if you know there is ink in there, you might see if your printer has a "Clean" option in the printer control panel. You could always bring him back to the vet and have him checked for ringworm (fungus), Mites, lice(also called louse) and any other parasite because it definately sounds like that. Replacing window on Ford Focus.?

to replace a window gl you will need to strip off the inner door panel and then a plastic vapour panel.Clean out old gl from the door with a vacuum cleaner.Make sure the gl guides are cleaned too.There will be a window guide that is bolted on, that needs to be removed.Switch on the ignition and put the drive down until you can access the bolts at the remains of the original window and remove it.Put the new gl in at an angle from the outside.Fit it into the door frame window guide and slide it down until it reaches the drive.Put the bolts back in then the guide you removed and rebuild the rest.Hope this helps

It's still a little early in the healing process to be able to say what is happening. The face is a pretty sensitive area to work on, and lots of odd things happen when you do. There are lots of nerves and lots of blood supply, and prior to the surgery you had a fair amount of swelling and pressure on all of it. The surgery itself adds to the irritation in the area as well. It will probably take a couple more days before things settle down enough to know much else, but I suspect it will turn out just fine. You have movement in the tongue, evidently- and that's actually the thing they are most concerned about. Your incision should have been made from the underside of the jaw, on the affected side, which is actually not much risk to the main nerve supply. So I think you really just have a swollen, irritated jaw that needs to repair itself. If it really has you worried, just give the doctor a call and ask. But from what you say, it does sound like a normal postoperative reaction, honestly.

Dell Server 2003- 25 CALs- one ADC- no Terminal Licensing Server?

I'm now overseeing a month-old DELL Windows 2003 Server Standard system that hosts an in-house database. Example - Office computer clicks a desktop icon which references the C: drive on that local machine. The GUI pops up and asks for a user name and pword which is checked against the server-hosted database software. The program then read and writes to the server-hosted database. This is a very small organization with maybe 15 individual PCs and one Server. No thin clients - all machines have HDs and Windows operating systems. The system was purchased with the initial 5 licenses for Server 2003 and 20 additional CALs, but no one installed Terminal Services or Terminal Licensing on this server. It is currently configured as a File Server (for automated backup purposes only), DNS Server, DHCP Server, and AD Server. No print server, no TS, no TLS. We have one Xerox WorkCentre 5030 which is not managed by any software on any machine, just plugged into the network. My questions are as follows - are the CAL licenses even necessary since each machine is individually licensed and is not viewing a GUI provided by the server? Wouldn't this clify just be an application server or even just a file server? Do DELL Server 2003 machines come pre-installed with the CAL licenses and that is why my predecessor never bothered with Terminal Services? Do I then need a separate machine to serve as a Terminal Licensing Server - does that machine require Server 2003 installed as well or can it run XP or Win2k, or even a linux solution? If it requires Server 2003 do I now need to purchase another Server 2003 license? What are the dangers of just running the Terminal Licensing services from the same server as the Active Domain? Anfield is by far the best atmosphere , the fans love there club more then any other fans i have ever seen . Synchro deck help me?

your deck seems to be pretty random. it doesn't mean that it is bad, it just means that you have no real theme to it, besides the synchroing and that there is a lot of lights. good cards like summoner monk could help you synchro level 8's faster. marauding captain can also mean a good one turn synchro. marshmallon can be a good stall ,and then synchro material, you could take out a gellenduo for it, as 3 is not great. and for a synchro deck you might want to run wicked rebirth, this will allow you to maximize the use of your synchro monsters, especially stardust dragon, who's effect would not be negated because it activates in graveyard. the synchronized realms are not essential, and to be honest are a waste to have in your deck, especially if your going to enter a tournament. i would have to say the same thing about ultimate offering and urgent tuning. if you keep ultimate offerings, you can add in 2 of each gadget, red, green and yellow, to make bigger plays and synchro even more in one turn. krebons is also a very good level two tuner and will allow you to go for level 6's and could really help the deck. 3 breakers is too many, make it 2 or less. well, that's pretty much all the advice i have for a deck like this, hope i helped :]

I'm only 15 and I'm not ually active and don't plan to be anytime in the near future. (like 8+ years). I only get my period about 2 times a year or every 6 months, and thats without any form of birth control. I do have PMDD and my doctor might put me on YAZ to control my PMDD and regulate my periods. If Darren McFadden got drafted later on, wouldn't it be better for him in the long run? just in my opinion i like the 440 a lot better than the hemi ,it can be built to produce more horse power and can be built to out run and out last a hemi,the dart i got right now has built 360 in it and it wil smoke most of the newer model hemi,s that are out on the streets now,i get in a lot of trouble with this car,but i built it to have fun with,i got a 360 in it pushing almost 500 horse power now,and in a small block that's a lot of horses, to handle in a 70 dart,you might want to think about a real good small block in it,you can long stroke it and get an enormous amount of horse power from it,and its a lot cheaper to do then what your thinking about doing and a whole lot better also,with a big block in that car you wont be able to work on it too much,good luck.

Had a baby! How to re-train the dog...?

I had my first baby in January. I have a 2 1/2 year old spayed female Lab/Brittany cross who was somewhat shy and a bit of a nervous barker before the baby. She was very well trained, however, and responded reliably to our commands. Now that the baby is home she has become mively protective of not just my daughter, but us as well. She barks at falling leaves, bullies the cats when they go near the baby, and acts extremely nervous and jumpy all the time. When people (even people she knows) enter my house, she growls in a menacing way for several minutes before she'll stop. It has been endlessly snowing and cold here since the baby's birth and we haven't been able to work the dog outside as much as we'd like- not to mention getting 0 sleep with an infant. Any suggestions on how to take the edge off my dog and get her to relax a bit? I want her to protect my child, but this is a bit too much. Thanks for suggestions!

Old books and values are a lot of fun. Boosey and Co and Hawkes and Son merged together in the 1930's to form Boosey and Hawkes so your book must be at least, previous to this, which is getting on for a hundred years old. But Boosey and Co were going at least another 100 years before that so it could be 200 years old! Religious books of that time do not usually command good prices as many were published but who knows, Raymond could be a famous person and his signature could send the price of an ordinary book sky high! It is probably a first edition but this doesn't by its self make it valuable. My advice is to keep it and find out all you can thorough the internet and book shops.

In desperate need of answers.....?

This girl is really hot. I have liked her for ages but am unsure how much she likes me. The thing is she tells me I'm cute, nice, brainy and fun but when she says these nice things she looks down at the floor. In general conversation she is laughing, smiling at staring at me.
