I was in a car acci in Aug. '09 since then I have alwys had pain/swelling, my sec my mri reads as follows:?

1) mild tedinopathy of the supraspintus tendon 2) Os acrmoiale and AC degenerative disease 3) mild glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis. Is there anything wrong? I am only 34 does this matter?
