You may want to ask a contractor and they can build you one. Or try a large shed that is pre fabricated and you could cut out the door for them. But as far as heating, you'd have to make sure you have electricity safely wired for outdoor use. I'm sure the breeder told you, that Dobes have short fur and not good as outdoor dogs. You can buy them a coat for more insulation. But I just have a dog door installed in MY house so he can be part of the family but go outdoors as well. That way he can protect the outside and inside of the home.
