I have a torn meniscus, but I need an orthopedic surgeon that accepts straight medi-cal. Can anyone help me?

I have been approved for medi-cal but my coverage doesn't start until September 1, 2007. The pain is unbearable, and I am not able to work because I have to use crutches and a knee immobilizer. I am trying to resolve this matter quickly so I can be out of pain and return to work.
