Help with me cat and dog?????????? please?

so i got a cat (tucker) from the shelter and when we got him he was declawed hes our only cat and about one month later i got a my dog hes a Pomeranian (chico) from a foster care situation and he loves to run our yards fenced in and we want him to be able to go outside when he has to take a pee so our concerned that the cat will get out though the door and get lost hes never ben outside and Pulse like i said hes declawed and cant go out our vet said not to let him out so my ? is how can i get a dog door that the cat cant go out something that also will not electrify my cat thanks!!
