Had an op now i got a weird feeling????????/?

It's still a little early in the healing process to be able to say what is happening. The face is a pretty sensitive area to work on, and lots of odd things happen when you do. There are lots of nerves and lots of blood supply, and prior to the surgery you had a fair amount of swelling and pressure on all of it. The surgery itself adds to the irritation in the area as well. It will probably take a couple more days before things settle down enough to know much else, but I suspect it will turn out just fine. You have movement in the tongue, evidently- and that's actually the thing they are most concerned about. Your incision should have been made from the underside of the jaw, on the affected side, which is actually not much risk to the main nerve supply. So I think you really just have a swollen, irritated jaw that needs to repair itself. If it really has you worried, just give the doctor a call and ask. But from what you say, it does sound like a normal postoperative reaction, honestly.
