Are we gonna need a pcs w-2?

My husband is active army and we just completed a pcs move in September 2010. The government moved our HHG and we drove from Chicago. We got the DLA, Per Diem, and reimbursements for 3 days hotel stay. My question is whether or not the money they gave us is taxable and would we have to wait for a pcs w-2 to file taxes?
