Is Sheryl Crow an unethical hypocrite?

Sheryl Crow accepted money from Norther Trust for a private concert. Northern Trust accepted $1.6 Billion dollars in bailout money, laid off 450 employees, yet spent millions on a private party (including Crow) for its remaining employees and customers. Traditionally, she has claimed to be an activist for human rights. This act seems contrary to that self-made image. Is she unethical?
