Did you know that the UN says pirate-terrorists can be bombed? ?

What else can you do with them and to what level of terrorist- piracy does it apply? ie cargo stealers, people smugglers, drug traffikers, illegal support networks especially as they apply to sea travel, information and logistics purveyors etc.
