There is a theoretical noose tying around my neck?

More and more people are finding out about me being a gay guy, and my parents don't know yet. I told 1 person, and now everyone is finding out. it's only a matter of time before my parents find out. What the hell can I do, I seriously need suggestions. I'm only 16 btw. I had to make this account to ask this question, my family recognise my real one.
