Why is my Ret Pally so weak in World of Warcraft?

Might be your talent points. Wowhead could have talent sheet for Ret Pallies. I have gotten ones there for hunters and dks. Not sure how much it would cost you to get talent points returned. Hope you're not like me, I forgot once when they did a patch they returned talent points for rogues.
