My Mobile Home was fire damaged. Repairs cost more than the home is valued. Can I get out of the land lease?

I looked at the lease, but can't find anything relating to this situation. But, only talks about the land being damaged or becomes unsuitable and the land owner can than break the lease. I know I'm not the first one to experience this problem, just looking for some direction before I need to consult an attorney.
