Could i feed my german shepherd puppy at 3 months a raw diet or should i feed him evo herring and salmon?

he's 3 months now and i want to know should i feed him evo herring and salmon or a raw diet. He loves the evo but it's adult food with 42% protein is that too much for him. People say large breed puppies should be fed adult food but i don't know. Or should i feed him a raw diet. Is he old enough. How much do i feed for evo herring and salmon and the raw diet
