What can be done about someone who is placing my email, work and home # on various internet sites? Is it legal

I am a manager at a small nursing home and recently a disgruntled employee quit. since then I have been recieving multiple fone calls at work for everything from the bedwetting store to carribean cruise lines. sometimes 10 to 15 calls a day. this is really interfering with my work and the care of my residents. How can i make it stop? Or can I?
