I am Australian citizen got married in India under Hindu marriage act?

I am Australian citizen got married in India 8 months ago under Hindu marriage act after a while I found that my wife and her parents just using me for money and visa so I took my sponsorship back then they complaint for me in women cell .say that I am asking fir dowry and haring her � So in first enquiry no one talk about dowry an harment only they ask the girl that do she want to live with me and inside in front of inspector she said yes but outside she said no use of living together to my relative who was there .. Then in second enquiry first she said the same thing that she want to live but she want me to attend the enquiry also so inspector ask my father who was there to represent me and had gpa from me . To ask me to come to India . But as I can't make all flight arrangements and take leave from job so I ask inspector that I can only attend the enquiry after a months and she was fine with it as my father give her the undertaking that I will defiantly Attand the enquiry after a month in front of one witness but by that time my wife change her mind and said she don't want to continue the relation and want full and final settlement �Also she handed us the list of expenditure on marriage in which is more then 50% wrong also include the item which we never got . .. So now as there is nothing being discuss about dowry and harment and she choose to finish the relation not me . Then what I can do to save myself from paying her what she demand ?�
