Is this anxiety?... chest pains, faintness... and losing voice?

It sounds like you have panic disorder, a form of anxiety. It is a biochemical imbalance if you get the symptoms of the anxiety disease. You usually feel faint, almost like your feet aren't really touching the ground, your heart can beat fast, the palms of your hands can be sweaty, you can have chest pain, and sometimes feel sick to your stomach. I had this anxiety disorder and it didn't affect my blood pressure, but it might in some people. Once the doctor put me on medication to get the neurotransmitters in the brain balanced, the panic attacks stopped. What a relief! Sometimes, though, anxiety is situational, meaning that there is no chemical imbalance, but panic happens due to a situation that would normally cause stress to anyone. Then, after that situation is over, the anxiety is over. But having the anxiety attacks often and consistent usually means endrogenous, or biochemical and medications are most helpful.
